Saw my first goslings of the year, I saw two of them just north of Slinger, and they didn't just hatch either. I'm not a biologist by any means but I would say they were 1-2 weeks old already. Pretty crazy! Anybody else seeing any yet?

I saw some by pike lake last week. it was 2 adults with only one gosling. Maybe the weird spring had something to do with it.

Well hopefully this years hatch pans out. Family friend up in canada said the water levels are great up there this year. Should be good for breeding but with all the sheet water there crops are way behind.
I havnt seen any gosling around my neck of the woods yet but I also havent been looking to hard.

There is a pair of geese that hangs around the Woodmans in Menomonee Falls. A few weeks ago I approached and one of them came after me. I figured they were nesting. Last saturday I saw them and they had five goslings.

Saw quite a few more goslings between cedarburg and West Bend today, Think they are going to start showing up everywhere now.
