I am used to seeing a massive spread in several locations down in KY. Then moving here I havent seen anything like it.
Just curious whats the biggest you have seen and whats the biggest you have used personally

I always try to get as many decoys out as I can bring with me, usually it is just over 100 decoys, I think the most I have ever got in my boat is around the 130 mark or so. I feel like the large numbers helps.

I've always been a fan of a large decoy spread.
I've put out a ton in KY several times. 10dz ducks is about the more avarge number for us down there. Up here I havent done that really because I havent hunted the lakes much.
I did however use about 10-12dz fullbodies and shells for the geese. with an additional dozen or so duck fullbodies. This season I have up'd the spread to 20 dz bigfoots, 2dz ffd sleepers, 18 higdons.

Most I have hunted over was 14 dzn in the last couple days of the goose season, other than that I usually just hunt over 5-8 dozen sometimes even less.

I think due to the large amout of public and few hunt clubs people run smaller spreads. Tough to run 500+ out of a boat having to pick them up each day. But I do love decoys so by in large I run what my boat can handle. Usually run 4 doz honker floaters, 6-10doz puddlers and another 6 doz divers. then the motion deeks. Heres a pic of a hunt i was able to run 2 doz addition sleeper shells on a cut bank. Couldnt get all the deeks in the photo.  and nothing worse than picking them up |

standard hull is an 1854, with point bow option the hull measure 19'4".
