Any of you guys process you meat or take it somewhere to have processed. Just got ours back the other day from a new guy we tried. A friend of my brothers has been in the business for years and just left the company he was at due to the diminishing quality. He set out on his own to get back to producing higher quality meats and opened a place called Brocks Butcher Block. Brother gave him a shout and asked him if he would be interested in processing some waterfowl we had, he said bring it down. We had contacted a few other places in the past and more often than not there were hesitant about waterfowl so we had been doing our own stuff in the past. Needless to say we are done doing are own. This was very cost friendly and freed up a lot of my time. If your in the area look em up. Plain sticks, pepper jack sticks, cheddar sticks, Plan sausage and some cheddar sausage. Great stuff. I have been snacking on it for days.

Have never really had enough duck to warrant having it processed professionally, and to tell the truth it never really crossed my mind. But that sounds great!
