Anybody every use any pattermaster choke tubes? Thinking of getting them for next year, was wondering if anybody has any experience with them, thinking of using them with black cloud too.
Thanks, Tanner Wildes

I use one. I really like it. Nice on those long shots. If your going to use black cloud, I believe there is a special tube for them specifically. Due to the flight control was, it can damage the stud ring inside the patternmaster

Me personally no, but I have 3 buddies that use them and they like them. One guy likes his, one other says it has helped him harvest more birds and the third feels it didn't make any difference over his factory choke but after spending 100$ on it hes gonna use it...
I have been tempted to get one, but am always worried after I pattern it it will be the same. Granted there is more to it that a paper pattern. They say the pellets impact more so at the same time vs being scattered. On there ad videos which im sure you have seen they use the example of them shooting at cripples with a standard choke which shoots a string where the pattern master is much more centered.

That stud ring inside the choke tube catches the wad for a few milliseconds, and that cuts the shot string (diameter of shot pattern) from normal choke tubes 8-12 feet and tightens it to 3-5- feet. So there advertisements say more pellets on target with much more knock down power.

yeah I have the same concern, I shoot black cloud and I really liked how it patterned with my factory choke tube. the reason I was looking at the patternmaster black cloud was last year when hunting I found some of my wad's from the black cloud and the tabs on them never opened up, and I was hoping that the patternmaster would help that.
