I have realized in recent years that the more dekes you put out there, the more waterfowl you kill. In general.
300 acre lakes = 50 decoys minimum with 1 spinner 3000 acre lakes = 1 gross of decoys minimum with 2 spinners Beaver Pond = 12 decoys minimum with at least 2 goose decoys

Small spread. Blobish top with 3 wigeon down to the right out of the photo. 4 doz total, no spinners. Worked out pretty good for us.
