if you buy shells check
shopdunns.com before you buy from rogers or cabelas. not sure what kind of discount you get on your shells at cabelas but they are typically alot higher.

Lets face it Koonce, your just a bad shot. But he is right, I too have shot high and low end loads and I get the same results with the cheaper loads as I do with the expensive loads. Heavy metal, black cloud, and what not in my opinion are not worth the extra money.

I have shot black cloud for geese but not for ducks yet. Black cloud has worked great for me on honkers so far. For ducks I normally shoot Kent. Has anyone tried the close range black cloud at all?? curious of thoughts on it

It's a wait of money. Spend your time practicing your shooting, calling, and decoy spreds. Once you master these you don't need the over hyped and over priced loads. Call em close and cut em clean. Lol inside joke that koonce will get but it is the truth. Too many people watching videos of foiles telling them to just reach for some black cloud and a straight heat choke tube if the birds don't want to decoy. That is not the way to "hunt" ducks!
