My favorite is a woody with a bit of salt, pepper, mccormicks seasoning and oil over coals when the weather is still nice. Preferably listening to the packers on the radio.

one of my favorites is an old family brown sugar rib rub recipe, let it set for a day and then slow smoke it. Tuff to be some good smoked bird.

One of my favs is BWT breasted out and fried in a pan with bacon grease.
