Had an awesome lunch of duck breast, so I thought it would show you guys. It was duck breasts wrapped in bacon, then stuffed with a slice of Jalapeno, and cream cheese. I also marinated them for a few days too, used two different marinades, one in a jar from the store, a barbecue one. The other I made, its soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and a few drops of liquid smoke. It was an amazing lunch!! Tanner Attachments:
