Got around raffia skirts in, and our raffia, now to grass er up. Anyone use all raffia, we have always used natural grass but are sick of grassing year after year.

well thank you, its just a real basic base layer, rather cheap. Hopen to add some depth with the raffia bundles.

I use the raffia on top of my fast grass mats to help add some depth to my blind. I love the stuff. The bad thing about it, if you get it wrapped on your decoy line or something, it is impossible to break.

With the help of my gental hands and my powerful brain koonce and I got most of the raffia on and ready for the early season greens that will be hanging around for another month. Then we will switch colors along with the forever changing marsh grasses. Pictures will be soon to come. So far I love the raffia. Money well spent!

worked out great. Just don't get your deeks tangled in it cuz that chit is tough. We really like it. it hid well and didn't deteriorate like all the natural grass jobs we have always done in the past. Also works our really well for the pod system we use on our blind. Flip the raffia over the side, pop the pod in and then over the pod with the raffia.
Also prob one of my favorite things was using the raffia table skirts to line the inside of the blind. really helped get rid of the black holes look by adding back ground. We also made large balls/wads of raffia behind where peoples heads are on top of the blind in hopes to help break up outlines and give your head back drop since the blind is a low low style vs a high low.
