I got alot of dang goose meat I need to start cooking up and eatting.
I usually cut them in strips, marinate in bbq sauce, roll in flour and fry.
Just curious how you guys cook up the geese you kill, always looking for another easy recipe. if it taste bad to me the dog always eats it.

Teriyaki marinade with what ever seasoning you like. Marinade for 24 to 48 hours and then fry in bacon grease. Also good on the grill plain or wrapped in bacon.
Mandarin chicken marinade with you choice of seasons, slap it on the grill plain or wrap in bacon Has a very sweet taste to it but is darn good non the less. You can also smoke this marinade.
Apply cinder brine for 48 hours, sprinkle a little brown sugar and herbs on it and smoke till she's done.

Goose sausage wrapped in bacon on the smoker. This time it wasn't goose sausage but great non the less. Tasted good on a bun and even better cold.
