with the rice running a week or two behind, and the warm temps in the forcast, should have no problem shooting a ton of teal this season. have been seeing lots of ducks and geese the past few days on my ricing trips. getting very excited!

Good duck numbers and the rice in the areas that saw the flood are way behind. Thurs saw the first push of molt migrators. Hoping this north wind and clear sky's tonight brings down some more.

Are you being phaseciois. It's molt migrators they always come this time of year. Immature birds or birds that have yet to partner up. Ask just about anyone who goose hunts and or was out this Thursday with that east wind. It's wasn't massive molt push but there were def some good waves coming down.

Fella we are heading north to hunt with this weekend said the same thing. Honkers sitting tight tonight. May have been that storm that pushed thru up there. From what he's saying they got more ducks up north than what I've been seeing down here.
Good luck to everyone
